Regal Luxury Car Rental L.L.C is officially owned and operated by Regal Luxury Car Rental L.L.C. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully to understand our policies and services.

1. Online Payment Policy

• Customers must use their own personal credit or debit cards for online payments.
• If the card used does not belong to the renter, the service may not be provided.

2. Invoicing & Payment Terms

• All rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis. Example: A rental starting at 9:00 AM must be returned by 9:00 AM the following day. Late returns will result in an additional day’s charge.
• Invoices are issued on the day of vehicle pickup and must be settled in full, in advance.
• AED 7 will be charged when releasing the deposit.
• Rental extensions must be requested at least 12 hours before expiry.
• Extensions will be charged at the standard seasonal daily rate.
• Payment for extensions must be made in advance to validate the request.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Once payment is processed, bookings cannot be cancelled.
• No refunds will be issued once a vehicle has been reserved.
  4. Drivers & Licensing Requirements
• Minimum age requirements: 21 years for standard vehicles and 23 years for sports cars.
• A valid international or UAE driver’s license is required (subject to approval by our team).
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Insurance claims will be denied, and the renter will be fully liable for damages.
• Renters must ensure compliance with all UAE driving laws.

5. Vehicle Delivery

• Delivery outside Dubai is available for an additional fee, based on the location.
• The renter must present original, valid documents upon vehicle handover.
• Customers may take photos/videos of the car’s condition prior to signing the rental contract.

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions

• Smoking is prohibited. Violation may result in a penalty of up to AED 500.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were received. Charges apply for dirty interiors, food leftovers, or stains (up to AED 500).
• Off-roading, rallying, drifting, desert driving, or track driving is not allowed.
• Speed Policy: Driving above 160 km/h is strictly prohibited. Second offense: AED 2,000 fine. Third offense: Vehicle will be remotely disabled, and no refund will be issued for remaining rental days.
• Pets are permitted, but cleaning/damage penalties will apply.

7. Mileage Usage

• Standard allowance: 250 KM per day (unless otherwise stated).
• Additional usage will be charged between AED 5 – 25 per KM, depending on the vehicle category.

8. Insurance Coverage

• All vehicles are covered by basic insurance in accordance with UAE law.
• In case of an accident, the renter must obtain a police report.
• Without a valid police report, insurance coverage will be void, and the renter will be fully liable for damages.
• Optional full insurance coverage may be available at an additional cost.

9. Salik / Tolls / Fines

• All Salik toll charges will be charged at AED 5 per crossing.
• All traffic fines during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged accordingly.
• In case of serious traffic violations (reckless driving, DUI, etc.), Regal Luxury Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately without refund.

10. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles are provided with fuel, and the renter must return the car with the same fuel level.
• If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge + service fee will apply.

11. Deposit Policy

• A security deposit is required before releasing the vehicle.
• Deposits are refunded within 21–30 working days after the vehicle is returned, subject to traffic fines, damages, or pending charges.

12. Breakdown / Accident Assistance

• In case of breakdown or accident, the renter must immediately contact our customer support team.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

13. Usage Limitations

• Vehicles may not be taken outside the UAE without prior written approval.
• Commercial use (e.g., ride-sharing, taxi, delivery) is strictly prohibited.
• Only the registered renter and authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.

14. Termination of Rental

• The company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund if the renter violates any terms (e.g., reckless driving, illegal use, non-payment).
